Pagans
and the Law
Dana
D. Eilers, author of The Practical Pagan, brings her legal education
and experience to the pagan community in her new book Pagans and
the Law. She is a civil rights attorney with 17 years of experience
and has been a practicing witch for more than 10 years.
The book touches upon constitutional law, employment discrimination,
family law, land use, landlord/tenant issues, and other areas of the
law that are of interest to pagans.
The book discusses the historical Ravenwood vs. Roberts case.
Keepers of
the Flame
Without
our Elders, we would not be of the Craft. It is through their teaching,
work, wisdom, and sacrifice that we have been given our own opportunities
to learn and grow. Let us never forget our heritage and roots!
Ravenwood is honored to acknowledge the publishing of Keepers of
the Flame, a collection of interviews with Elders of Traditional
Witchcraft in America, by Morganna Davies and Aradia Lynch.
Ravenwoods Lady Sintana is one of the Elders featured in the book.
Deepening
Witchcraft
With
this book, Grey
Cat takes a keen look at many of
our attitudes and assumptions. While we may not agree
with everything she says -- which is as it should be -- this
book takes us one more giant step towards maturity as a
movement, and as spiritually satisfying faith tradition(s).
She then reflects them back to us in a way that calls for
us to look at ourselves and our ways with a clear eye and
a sharp mind.
